BOOK A VENDOR BOOTH

Indoor vendor space is available in the Kinsmen Rooms at the Parkside Centre.
Outdoor vendor space is available on the outdoor deck at the front of the YMCA Centre for Life.

(Outdoor booths do not have protection from inclement weather so vendors are asked to provide their own tarp or plastic
to cover merchandise if needed for protection from rain.)

All booths must be set up before 9:30 am on Saturday morning and dismantled after 3:00 pm in the afternoon.

Indoor vendors wishing to drop of materials on Friday afternoon must make arrangements in advance.

ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THIS EVENT.
(If you do not have an existing policy, coverage can be arranged through the Sudbury Horticultural Society for a $15.00 fee.)
