BOOTH RENTAL INFORMATION Please complete and submit your registration and payment before the end of February to guarantee booth space at the event!
LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL VENDORS AND EXHIBITORS! If you already have coverage please forward proof of insurance to SeedySaturday@sudburyhorticulturalsociety.ca. If you do not have coverage, it can be purchased through the Sudbury Horticultural Society. Insurance payment of $15.00 must be made at the time of registration.
VENDOR BOOTH RENTAL FEE A $25.00 registration fee is required at the time of registration.
NOT-FOR-PROFITEXHIBITORS There is no charge to not-for-profit organizations who wish to set up a display. DON'T FORGET THAT YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE!
